Former contestant on The Apprentice Katie Hopkins, made yet another controversial statement when she said that Tom Daley revealing he was gay was “lame” and that she thinks her own son could be gay because he likes hairdressing.

The pundit, known for her exceptionally large mouth, told Varsity magazine, “It was really lame… we all knew he was gay. People love Tom Daley and the people who watch divers [are the] kind of the people who like to read Women’s Weekly.”

But don’t go calling Katie a homophobe! She thinks that her six year-old son could be gay because of his love for styling hair, skipping and his good looks. She is only delighted about it too…

“When I’m fifty and I’ve got a gay son, I’m totally sorted. [He’ll say] ‘Mom your hairdo is awful, you have hair under your chin…'”

But what about her daughters? “I think he might be gay, I mean he’s quite good looking, like my girls aren’t good-looking, but he totally is.”
