Entertainment Weekly is out to shock this month with Kevin Spacey and Julia Louis-Dreyfus appearing as each other’s characters from their respective Emmy-winning shows on the issue’s two special covers.
Speaking of the decision, EW told, “It seems that no two TV presidents have held the same job while being as drastically different as Frank Underwood and Selina Meyer, played to patriotic perfection by House of Cards’ Kevin Spacey and Veep’s Julia Louis-Dreyfus. That’s why we’ve elected these two outrageous officials to rule over this week’s jam-packed issue”.
Inside the issue, Louis-Dreyfus lays down the law with her ’11 commandments of comedy’, while Spacey talks readers through his influences who allowed him to create “the most insidious VP of the US in TV history”.
Really though, don’t you think Kevin looks like he’s enjoying that pearl necklace?
