Two-time Oscar nominee Jonah Hill lost his temper with a paparazzo in LA and was caught on camera yelling a homophobic slur this weekend.

30 year-old Hill, who appears in the new film 22 Jump Street alongside Channing Tatum, grew tired of a photographer’s comments about his outfit and uncorked the gay slur, shouting “Suck my dick you faggot”.

The actor and comedian was in the Larchmont area of LA when photographers from celebrity news website TMZ approached him and began to mock his floral board shorts.

Hill has previously been a vocal supporter of gay rights and famously blasted Russia’s anti-gays before the Winter Olympics, being one of the long list of celebrities to join the Human Rights Campaign‘s ‘Love Conquers Hate’. He later posted a picture of himself  on Twitter wearing a T-shirt branding the text ‘Love Conquers Hate’ in Russian.

His rep was called but was unavailable for comment.
