Two of our favourite comedy queens, Trixie Mattel and Yekatrina Petrovna Zamolodchikova (your Dad just calls her Katya) are getting their own TV show! The Trixie & Katya Show will premiere on Viceland on November 1st and we are already gagging. The show will be produced by Drag-Race producers World of Wonder, and Rupaul himself!
These queens first appeared together on Rupaul’s Drag Race season 7, and a glorious duo was born. Since then, they’ve started a hit web-series ‘UNHhhh’ together, which has just been nominated for a Streamy Award!

Just in case you don’t know these queens (shame on you), let me be your drag spirit guide into the world of Katya and Trixie.
This is Katya…
She’s just your average run-of-the-mill Russian bisexual transvestite hooker. Katya first appeared on Season 7 of Drag-Race and came back for Season 2 of All-Stars, where the club hit “Read U Wrote U” was born. This queen can do the splits, make you snort laughing and serve up some glamazonian realness all at the same time.
Trixie Mattell’s over the top look shocked many when she revealed that she’s actually a make-up artist (seriously). She’s serving up big hair and a big attitude. Trixie’s Rupaul impression is one of the best things you’ll see today.
And together they make…UNHhhh
UNHhhh is the show where Katya and Trixie talk about whatever they want because it’s their show and not yours. A new episode of UNHhhh is uploaded to WOWPresents YouTube page every Monday. Each episode starts off with a topic (like Death, Space, Magic) and then, using the power of their amazing editors, the Queens go on tangential conversations and edit themselves into hilarious situations. It’s the kind of show that you just have to watch and let the gay glory of the whole thing wash over you.
There are 58 episodes to binge watch before The Trixie & Katya Show kicks off in November, so get started honey!
