As the anticipation for Dublin Pride ramps up, Outhouse LGBTQ+ Centre has revealed an incredible range of diverse and inclusive events in their official 2025 Pride Programme.
For anyone hoping to create their ultimate Pride look, Outhouse is dedicating a full day to creative expression and parade prep at an event called Get Ready for Pride happening this Saturday, June 21. This spotlight daytime event is the perfect opportunity to refresh your look and make sure you feel like your most authentic, parade-ready self ahead of the big day.
Everyone is welcome to bring one to five clean, quality clothing items to the event in exchange for tokens to update their own wardrobe with a clothes swap. There will also be an opportunity to participate in a hands-on T-shirt upcycling workshop with talented costume designer Sinead Clarke to transform your old tops into Pride masterpieces.
Outhouse is also hosting a first-come, first-served opportunity to get hair and make-up ready with nails by Tropical Popical, a fierce makeup tutorial by drag icons Victoria Secret and Pixie Woo, and hairstyling by Vintage Studio.
The all-day event will wrap with a sign and badge-making workshop. It’s the ultimate one-stop shop to get ready for Pride in full, fabulous colour.

The full lineup of events includes a Dublin Gaymers evening of “tabletop fun and community connection”, an Open Mic Night, and Sober Silent Disco featuring camp classics and club beats, all leading up to Dublin Pride weekend.
On the morning of Pride, Saturday, June 28, the Outhouse team will be hosting their famous Pride Breakfast from 9am. Everyone is invited to enjoy some egg and bacon baps, muffins, pastries, fruit pots, and more ahead of the parade, and Pride Pals will be there to help connect solo attendees with friendly faces before heading to the march together at 11:25am sharp.
Wristbands will be available at the centre for anyone who wants to march, and those who prefer a quieter vibe are welcome to stay in Outhouse to watch GCN’s parade livestream together.
After the parade, be sure to visit the Outhouse tent at Pride Village in Merrion Square and say hello to learn more about the centre, play games, and win fun prizes.
Following the weekend festivities, Outhouse is offering a well-deserved rest and recharge wellness week featuring yoga, sound therapy, guided meditation, a joyful Every Body Dance Class, free HIV and STI screenings, and much more.
Remember, while June is officially Pride month, Pride is an all-year protest and there are loads of events to look forward to happening across Ireland through July, August, and September.
Trans and Intersex Pride will take place on Saturday, July 12 and Outhouse is calling on everyone in the LGBTQ+ community to show up, march, and stand in solidarity with our trans and intersex community.
