Fabulous Pride parties taking place in Dublin this June

Dublin Pride is just around the corner, which means the celebrations are about to begin. The Irish capital is set to be awash with the colours of the rainbow, and trust us, there’ll be no shortage of Pride parties. So if you’re ready to get your dancing shoes on and gather all your friends for another amazing celebration of queer joy, check out this list and take your pick!

Dublin Pride Square
June 27
The annual Dublin Pride Parade will once again culminate at Merrion Square, where the celebrations will continue until the evening. The Pride Square is a free, unticketed, full-day festival event where the community can gather before moving on to the dance parties that are set to take place all over the city. Mother Pride Block Party
June 26 and 27
Taking over the legendary location at the National Museum of Ireland in Collins Barracks, Mother is gearing up for a two-day Pride celebration like no other. The festival is set to kick off on June 26 with a stunning Friday Opening Party headlined by none other than queer legends Scissor Sisters. The celebrations will continue then on Saturday, when the lineup is just as stacked with queer legends, including global dance trailblazers SOFI TUKKER, two-time RuPaul’s Drag Race winner Jinkx Monsoon, DJ, producer and queer nightlife icon Jodie Harsh and acclaimed New York rapper Cakes Da Killa. Mother Afterdark
June 26 and 27
While the Mother Pride Block Party may come to a close at 11pm, the celebrations will certainly not end there. Mother has announced some incredible Pride after-parties both on Friday and Saturday, so lock in your plans and prepare to dance ’til late. On Friday, gear up for an unmissable late‑night session and the official aftershow kiki in the heart of Temple Bar at the Button Factory. On Saturday,  Mother’s usual spot in Lost Lane will host a late-night extravaganza, while the second party will take place on the same night at The Button Factory. Get your tickets here.

King
June 27

Dyke Night
June 26
A collaboration between Dublin Lesbian Line, Dyke March and Dublin Pride, this event will bring together performances, DJs, and dancefloor energy. Following the Dyke March through the city, Dyke Night will take over Opium for a special celebration of lesbian culture on Pride weekend. Tickets are selling fast here.

FUR!
June 26

Fluid – BICONIC Pride Party
June 19
The Pride fun starts early with Fluid, taking place on the weekend preceding Dublin Pride at Hen’s Teeth. A celebration of fluid sexuality, this event is dedicated to the bisexual, pansexual, fluid and flexible members of the community and their friends. Tickets are available here.

 

Sweatbox
June 26
Taking over The Grand Social, Sweatbox presents The Locker Room, one of Dublin’s hottest Pride warm-up parties, where sportswear meets dancefloor bliss in a steamy night of late-night mischief. Get the last few tickets here.

Dykon x Dykonic: Pride Party

Bernard Shaw Block Party

This year’s event at the Bernard Shaw bridges the gap between the roots of disco and the future of techno with the legendary Horse Meat Disco, who are ready to bring their world-renowned bag of retro disco cuts and floor-fillers to the Irish capital. Dublin-based collective Rathaus is once again teaming up with Berlin’s Pornceptual, this time to host a Pride party championing radical self-expression.
