Although she has been out for quite awhile, ‘True Blood’ star Anna Paquin opened up about her sexuality to The Huffington Post, saying she is a “proud married bisexual mother”.

On June 9, Paquin tweeted her support for marriage equality to celebrate Los Angeles Pride. She talked candidly about her decision to tweet and her bisexuality in an interview with The Huffington Post this week.

The 31 year-old actress first came out as bi in 2012, two years after she married her co-star Stephen Moyer. Speaking about her sexuality, she said, “It’s not being greedy or numerous other ignorant things I’ve heard at this point. For a bisexual, it’s not about gender. That’s not the deciding factor for who they’re attracted to.”
