Last week, Conan O’Brien got a nasty (or delightful) surprise on his talk show when two handsome, oiled-up hunks o’lovin’ were cast as ‘ordinary’ stagehands.

Conan hoped to reveal a new sketch entitled Stagehand Complaints, but was distracted by the handsome men who walked out on the stage. He immediately called for the casting director, Kathy, to come to the stage so she could explain herself.

Kathy attempted to justify her casting decisions, between bouts of hugging Esteban. Conan jokingly complained about her other casting decisions, such as for the assassination of Abraham Lincoln, and the release of the new Jurassic Park film – both of which contain greasy, muscular men.

Any excuse, eh?

Kathy replaces them with two men who look more like “regular guys”.
