We caught up with ultra-talented Wicklow trio Wyvern Lingo at Electric Picnic, ahead of their EP release gig in Smock Alley on October 16.

The release of their exceptional new offering The Widow Knows EP, which features acclaimed new single Used, has garnered the trio a whole new fanbase – and well deserved. Flawless is the only word to describe their harmonious melodies and perfectly written songs that are a mish-mash of pop, R’nB and folk.

After a whirlwind summer -which saw two thirds of the band providing backing vocals on the number one new album from Hozier, and accompanying him on his UK promo tour – the girls are no doubt about to step into their own spotlight with their highly anticipated EP launch this month.
