Well, if Conchita’s surprise appearance at The George on Saturday, April 29, didn’t get you in the mood for this year’s Eurovision, this fantastic prize surely will! That’s right folx, GCN is giving away not one but two pairs of tickets to the unmissable Eurovision Party hosted by Mother, Baileys and Dragged Up.

The countdown to the song contest gathered momentum over the Bank Holiday, as adult treat brand Baileys, Eurovision’s global partner, added a little extra delicious glamour to ‘SaturGays’ at The George, Dublin.

Hosted by Davina Devine and Veda Lady, the special Eurovision-themed edition featured a surprise performance from the competition’s 2014 winner and Baileys Treat Ambassador Conchita Wurst.

But if you missed the shenanigans, fear not; that was only a teaser for what’s to come for the main event. To celebrate the 2023 song contest, GCN’s bestie Mother has teamed up with Baileys and Dragged Up to host what promises to be the biggest and best viewing and dance party for the Eurovision final in Opium on Saturday, May 13.

As well as watching the live final with all your favourite queers, the Dragged Up hostess-with-the-mostess Victoria Secret will compere a spectacular night of fun and frolics.

The extravaganza will include special guests and surprise performances from the likes of Pixie Woo and Marian Mary the 6th. And what sort of a night would it be without the fabulous Mother DJ Rocky T Delgado, and GLAMO, spinning the decks into the early hours of the morning?

Hang on to your feather boas, my lovelies, because the best is yet to come! With Baileys proudly supporting the event, as doors open at 7pm, every attendee will be treated to a delicious complimentary drink on arrival.

And if that hasn’t got you screaming “douze points”, the cherry on top is that the event doubles up as a fundraiser for one of your favourite queer charities, yours truly, GCN, Ireland’s national LGBTQ+ media.

To be in with a chance of winning one of two pairs of tickets to this incredible Eurovision Party, simply answer this question.

Which adult treat brand is the main sponsor of this year’s Eurovision?

The competition closes on Wednesday, May 10, 2023. Winners will be contacted directly and shared on social media.
