Brian Finnegan had some pertinent questions to put to Avenue Q‘s puppet pair, Nicky and Rod, not least about the gay rumours that have surrounded them since the show premiered off-Broadway in 2003. But first, he wanted to ask them what they thought about the gay rumours surrounding another pair of puppets, Sesame Street’s Ernie and Bert.
