In 2007 a readership survey in GCN found that 58% of Irish LGBT people are not out at work. We want to find out how much things have changed since then.

Our ten-question survey takes only a few minutes to complete, and it will give us a good picture of the numbers of people who are comfortable to be themselves in the work environment, and what kinds of work environments are prevalent in Ireland today.

We will be sharing results of this survey in the next issue of GCN, and with employers, in the hopes of making the Irish workplace ever more inclusive for all.
