Earlier last month we put the word out that we were looking for our readers to take part and feature on the cover of our inaugural health & wellbeing issue. We had an overwhelming response and 18 people arrived at the studio on the day to be photographed by the wonderful Hazel Coonagh.

We are in love with how the photos turned out, if you have not yet seen the cover and photo feature, go have a look!

Once they arrived we asked each individual participant to take part in a video interview to tell us why they wanted to get involved.
