The Soho bar owners released a statement on Facebook: “It comes with a heavy heart that we have to inform all you of this situation. - A primary school teacher pranks his students with a fake spelling test. The teacher, Joe Dombrowski in Michigan, decided to test his kids with fake words including ‘Ro-laska-tox’, ‘gürrr’ and ‘speenuch’. The children in his class were not impressed when he revealed the joke, saying “It’s not even April [Fool’s Day]!”

- A Scottish yogi and viral video star received homophobic death threats to his dog. Topless, kilt-wearing practitioner of yoga Finlay Wilson has spoken out about death threats he received on Tuesday. He told the BBC: “I came out my flat at 06:30 in the morning to walk the dog and there was a handwritten letter in a sealed envelope on the front step addressed to ‘the gay boy at number 45’,” he said before indicating that the writer threatened to kill his pet dog. - Gay porn star Markie More has announced that he will be giving $150 from each of his scenes to the Gay Straight Alliance Network. “I’ve always felt a calling to help people especially those who can’t necessarily help themselves,” More said. “As the years have gone by this feeling within me has become increasingly stronger.” Porn studio Next Door Studios have also pledged to donate $100 for each scene he films with them. - The cast of Buffy the Vampire Slayer reunite and discuss the legacy of Willow and Tara’s relationship. Joss Whedon, the show’s creator, said he didn’t think about how a same-sex couple in Buffy would change people’s lives. Amber Benson, the actress who played Tara, called it a “beautiful relationship”. “It wasn’t gratuitous, it wasn’t about two girls making out,” Benson added. “It was about two people who both happen to identify as female who fall in love.” Alyson Hannigan, who played Willow, felt the relationship was “groundbreaking.” (GSN)
