The annual Gay Health Forum conference (GHF 2023) will be held at the Hibernia Conference Centre in Dublin Castle on Friday, August 18, and this year promises an exciting speaker lineup.
Coordinated by the Gay Health Network (GHN) and the Gay Men’s Health Service (GMHS), the Gay Health Forum is responsible for sharing vital research and policy updates about HIV and sexual health. Every year, the GHF conference offers attendees education and insights on sexual health advances and the well-being of gay, bisexual and other men who have sex with Men (gbMSM) and trans communities.
This year marks the 20th anniversary of the conference and speakers include a range of health experts, service providers and policymakers discussing everything from the benefits of on-campus sexual health services to using Grindr as an outreach platform for gbMSM.
The one-day conference runs from 9am until 4pm, and it will open with a welcome address by Minister of State for Public Health, Wellbeing and National Drug Strategy, Hildegarde Naughton. Attendees should expect meaningful educational talks, poster sessions and panel discussions from these leading experts who are contributing to the advancement of gbMSM sexual health.
A complete conference schedule is now available.
