The RTÉ Concert Orchestra are bringing Manchester’s Clubbing history back to life in this live orchestral performance of your favourite dance tunes with Haçienda Classical

Have you been hoping to relive the golden era of clubbing? The Haçienda Classical brings to life the biggest house classics from Manchester’s clubbing history.

With a setlist full of dance music classics from the heyday of Manchester’s legendary Haçienda nightclub, these hit tracks have been reinterpreted by the club’s original DJs and will be performed alongside Dublin’s own RTE Concert Orchestra, the Manchester AMC Choir and guests including New Order’s Peter Hook and Happy Mondays’ Rowetta and Shaun Ryder with Graeme Park DJ’ing live during the concert.

 

This special Christmas show will be a one off extravaganza with the best production and design to make it a very special event for dance music and Madchester fans to experience the atmosphere of the Manchester club which came to shape a generation.

Expect 20+ stone cold house classics for a massive celebration of the golden era of clubbing.

Support from Liam Dollard (Sides), Tonie Walsh (Elevator), Mark Kavanagh (Olympic), Paddy Sheridan & Robbie Butler (POD) and Stevie G (Sir Henry’s) representing the best clubs of the era.
