Irish cosmetics brand, Madison Makeup, is giving back to Pride this month by donating 25% of their online sales to the awesome charity LGBT Ireland. The company teamed up with influential and glamorous members of the queer community to promote the new campaign.
Popular Irish drag queens- Sasha Synthetic, Dylatrix and Regina George, joined Madison Makeup for a colourful photoshoot all across Dublin. The shoot took place at Love Lane, the Icon Factory Walk in Temple Bar and the Bernard Shaw, each location well known for being unique and vibrant.
Each of the Queens shared the colourful promotion on their Instagram pages, obviously delighted with the range and in being part of the campaign.
Running from June 28 until July 1, the company will be donating a portion of all online sales to the much needed LGBT.ie helpline.
LGBT Ireland is a service which provides LGBT+ people access to a network of trained volunteers. Callers are able to connect with a non-judgmental, confidential service which provides a supportive ear and information for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender individuals, their families and their friends. You can also connect to them in person through their peer support groups or online with their instant support messaging.
A recent report found that 14% of the calls to the helpline last year were from older LGBT+ people. Helplines such as this are an essential support for queer people of all ages and for their friends and families.
The collaboration comes at a time of year where more brands are proud to be associated with Pride month and the LGBT+ community.
Madison Makeup offers a rainbow variety of quality products ranging from false lashes and makeup brushes to contouring kits and eyeshadow palettes.
Be sure to purchase your products online and a portion of your sale will be automatically donated.
