Morrissey, full-time opinionist and occasional singer/songwriter, has released a third spoken-word video ahead of the release of his forthcoming album, World Peace is None of Your Business.

The video for Earth Is The Loneliest Planet, revealed exclusively on NME today, features a cameo from a rather unlikely celebrity, Baywatch star Pamela Anderson, minus her trademark long blond tresses. The Natalie Johns-directed video features the actress accompanying Morrissey on the roof of the Capitol Tower in Los Angeles taking in the Hollywood sunset.

The 55-year old singer, who recently signed a new deal with Universal’s US-based Harvest Records, has resurfaced recently to promote the new record, due on July 14.

A Twitter account under the name ‘It’s Morrissey’ posting its first tweet – believed to be from the singer himself – led to international news outlets covering Morrissey’s arrival on the social network, but fans hopes were later shattered when the man who makes Madonna look attention-shy confirmed that the account was bogus, saying, “I would like to stress that I do not have either a Twitter or a Facebook account. I gather that a Twitter account has been opened in my name, but it’s not Morrissey. That’s of course, if you should remotely care”. In typical Morrissey ‘wit’, the singer concluded “Untwitterably yours, Morrissey”.

Anderson, 46, has had her share of attention in recent weeks with her claim that she was sexually abused. At the launch of her Pamela Anderson Foundation on May 16, the actress told the audience, “Despite loving parents, I was molested from age six to 10 by a female baby sitter”. She added that her first heterosexual experience came  later when a friend’s boyfriend’s brother “decided to teach me backgammon, which led into a back massage, which led into rape. He was 25. I was 12”.
