To celebrate RuPaul’s Drag Race UK star Bimini Bon-Boulash joining the RuPaul’s Drag Race: Werq the World tour this autumn, GCN is giving away five pairs of tickets to the event, scheduled to take place on Wednesday, October 18 in Dublin’s 3Arena.
Werq the World is currently the world’s largest drag show and has featured dozens of Drag Race alumni since it launched in Toronto on May 26, 2017. The event will kick off its 2023 UK & Ireland tour featuring talent like Jaida Essence Hall, Aquaria, Vanessa Vanjie Mateo, Angeria Paris Van Michaels, Bosco, Daya Betty, Kandy Muse and Ginger Minj. Joining the queens as a special guest in UK & Ireland is RuPaul’s Drag Race UK Series 2 finalist, Bimini Bon-Boulash.
Bimini Bon-Boulash recently worked the house down boots at Mother’s 2023 Pride Block Party. The UK drag legend performed hits from their upcoming album When the Party Ends, alongside Bianca del Rio, the winner of RuPaul’s Drag Race Season 6.
A tour-de-force of drag performance, Werq the World is renowned for its production value, with the 2023 tour marking the event’s fifth iteration. This year’s tour is a science-fiction extravaganza. According to Voss Events, the company that produces the show, the ongoing tour is “set in a dystopian future,” where “the stars of RuPaul’s Drag Race must choose between the real world and the artificial world they have come to know.
“The 2023 show delivers an all-new Sci-Fi production specially designed for large venues and arenas, so prepare to be wowed at the world’s largest drag production,” organisers added.
