The programme for Wicklow Pride Festival 2026 has been announced and contains some wonderful events sure to spread the celebrations wide. The festival will take place from June 28 to July 4 across different parts of the county.

Wicklow Pride Festival kicks off with a coffee morning at Pigeon House, Delgany, on June 28, one day after the Dublin Pride march takes place. Following up that evening will be Pizza & Board Gaymes in Grizzly X Napkin in Arklow.

On Monday, there will also be a literature evening event, and on Tuesday, a Paint & Sip in the Art Lab in Bray. On Wednesday, Blessington will host a Queer Art Expo, before a bowling night in none other than Bray Bowl on Thursday.

Friday will see a Lunch & Learn social and educational event in The Palm, a little calm before the main event, the Wicklow Pride Parade 2026 on Saturday, July 4, and Pride at the Castle in Wicklow Town. Grand Marshalling the march this year will be Mammies for Trans Rights, the grassroots organisation and GALAS 2025 LGBTQ+ Ally award winner.

Wicklow Pride is a volunteer-led community organisation, with the goal of making people all over Wicklow “feel seen, uplifted, and represented”. Their mission prioritises running events where LGBTQ+ people can express themselves and be seen gathering in public to quash stigma.

The group holds events throughout the year, such as their Dip and Sip, which they host on different beaches throughout County Wicklow. They hold regular quiz nights, the next of which is on June 13 in The Brass Fox in Wicklow town. Any funds raised go towards the running of Wicklow Pride Festival.

You can sign up now to volunteer with the festival, become a sponsor, donate, or march at Wicklow Pride. Check out more Wicklow Pride Festival 2026 details on their website here.
